I picked this up because my eyes were super red after a long day staring at my laptop, and I had to run a few errands after work, so I was hoping it would make me look a little less tired. It helped maybe for 10 minutes, but then the redness pretty much came right back. I really wanted it to work, but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it for me...

I got Lumify because I thought it was gonna keep my eyes looking clear for a good while, but it only lasted like maybe 2 hours for me.

At first I was like okay, it’s working, my eyes did look better. But then the redness started coming back fast and I ended up needing to use it again, which kinda defeats the point.

For how much it costs, I really expected more. It’s not terrible at first, but it just didn’t hold up for me so I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

From what I remember, the customer service was really disappointing. I messaged them about my order and waited ages before getting anything that felt like a proper reply. Even when they did respond, it seemed like they hadn’t really read my message properly. I had to keep following up and still never got a clear answer. Based on that experience, I wouldn’t use them again.

I tried it once, it just wasn’t really worth it for me. The shipping took about longer than I expected, and I didn’t notice enough of a difference to make me want to order again.

I thought this would be a decent-sized bottle for the price, but it’s tiny. The description made it sound like you were getting more, but it was vague and didn’t really set clear expectations. When it showed up, I definitely felt a little ripped off.

Some pages loaded weird, and I kept having to click around way more than I should’ve just to find basic info. After a while, I gave up because it felt like too much hassle for what should’ve been a simple order.

The results were fine overall, but it definitely took longer than I expected. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about trying it—don’t expect super quick results, because at least for me, it wasn’t as fast as I hoped.

The packaging was bad honestly. The box came all bent up and looked like it been tossed around a bunch. Not really what I was expecting, especially for something that’s going near my eyes
